1. Trainer Conduct
Always maintain professional boundaries.
Punctuality and discipline are non-negotiable.
Dress appropriately for in-person or video sessions.
2. Client Communication
All client communications should be polite, encouraging, and fitness-focused.
Share progress updates, plans, or changes regularly.
Avoid discussing religion, politics, or personal opinions unrelated to health & fitness.
3. Session Quality
Ensure every session has structure, purpose, and measurable goals.
Respect client limitations; avoid overtraining or pushing beyond safe limits.
Keep records of client progress (can be maintained on HYYND or personally).
4. Safety & Injury Prevention
Prioritize warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention strategies.
In case of injury during a session, assist the client and report it to HYYND support.
5. Multiple Engagements
You may work with other platforms or clients outside HYYND unless exclusivity is agreed upon.
However, poaching or shifting HYYND clients directly is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Do not share client contact details, progress, or images without consent.
Keep client fitness or health issues confidential.
7. Performance Monitoring
HYYND reserves the right to collect client feedback and review trainer performance.
Trainers with poor ratings or repeated complaints will be given a warning or removed.
8. Support & Dispute Resolution
Trainers can contact the HYYND support team for any issues.
Disputes with clients will be mediated fairly by HYYND.
Final Note:
As a HYYND trainer, you're not just offering workouts — you're building trust and transformation. We value professionalism, empathy, and consistency.
